Required Skills & Qualifications
1–4 years of experience in IT Recruitment / IT Hiring.
Experience in Contract Staffing.
Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
Good understanding of IT recruitment requirements.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong coordination and follow-up abilities.
Energetic, target-oriented, and passionate about recruitment.

Meedenlabs is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition / Technical Recruiter to join its recruitment team in Bengaluru. The candidate should have strong experience in domestic hiring within India and hands-on expertise in Salesforce recruitment.
The role focuses on sourcing and hiring technical professionals, particularly for Salesforce-related positions, while managing the recruitment process and ensuring suitable talent is hired within business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition / Technical Recruitment activities.
Source, screen, and shortlist qualified technical candidates.
Handle Salesforce recruitment and hiring requirements.
Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for technical positions.
Work closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
Ensure timely closure of recruitment mandates.
Manage domestic hiring requirements across India.
Mandatory Requirements
8–11 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Technical Recruitment.
Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce recruitment/hiring.
Strong experience in domestic hiring within India.
Excellent sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
Immediate joiners only.
Bengaluru local candidates preferred/required.
Willingness to attend a face-to-face interview.
Good to Have
Experience hiring for Salesforce roles such as:
Salesforce Developer
Salesforce Admin
Salesforce Consultant
Salesforce Architect
Other Salesforce-related technical profiles
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should have extensive technical recruitment experience with a strong understanding of Salesforce technologies and the ability to handle senior-level hiring requirements. Candidates should be capable of managing multiple technical recruitment mandates and working closely with business stakeholders.
