The role is suitable for candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience in IT Recruitment and freshers with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply. The selected candidate will source and screen IT professionals across various technologies, work on multiple IT requirements for leading clients, coordinate interviews, manage candidate communication, build strong talent pipelines through job portals and LinkedIn and learn end-to-end recruitment from experienced recruitment leaders. Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, a strong learning attitude, a positive mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
