The Technology / IT Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment for niche technology roles across Cloud, DevOps, Architecture, Software Engineering, and Artificial Intelligence within the Global Delivery Center (GDC). The role requires strong market intelligence, stakeholder management, and advanced sourcing capabilities to deliver against complex and time-sensitive hiring requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from hiring intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer closure.
Handle multiple niche technology hiring requirements simultaneously while meeting defined timelines.
Maintain a strong offer-to-join conversion ratio through proactive candidate engagement.
Build talent pipelines for Cloud, DevOps, Full Stack Development, Architecture, Software Engineering, and other niche technology skill sets.
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, passive sourcing, employee referrals, and market mapping strategies to identify high-quality talent.
Provide real-time market intelligence regarding talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring activities.
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to align hiring expectations, job descriptions, interview processes, and compensation strategies.
Influence hiring decisions using market data, talent insights, and candidate behavior analysis.
Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment process.
Manage offer negotiations, counteroffers, and minimize candidate drop-offs.
Track recruitment metrics including pipeline health, conversion ratios from CV to Interview to Offer to Join, offer decline reasons, and overall hiring performance.
Ensure compliance with Workday Applicant Tracking System and organizational hiring processes.
The ideal candidate should be passionate about Talent Acquisition and committed to delivering an outstanding recruitment experience for hiring managers and candidates. Candidates should possess strong sourcing expertise in niche technology hiring, experience recruiting senior and critical technology talent, excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, strong understanding of Cloud technologies, DevOps tools, Software Engineering skill stacks, and a data-driven approach focused on recruitment delivery, conversion metrics, and continuous improvement. Experience in consulting, product organizations, Global Capability Centers, or Recruitment Process Outsourcing environments will be an advantage. The successful candidate should demonstrate ownership, urgency, adaptability, and business alignment while consistently delivering high-quality hiring outcomes.
