Job Description
Mindclick is a fast-growing recruitment and staffing company looking for an HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its recruitment team. The role involves managing the complete recruitment cycle for IT and Non-IT hiring requirements.
The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, candidate coordination, and meeting recruitment targets.
Key Responsibilities
Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate with clients and candidates for interview scheduling.
Manage candidate communication and follow-ups throughout the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment databases and daily recruitment reports.
Track hiring progress and ensure timely closures.
Achieve daily and weekly recruitment targets.
Support both IT and Non-IT recruitment requirements.
Requirements
Minimum 6 months of experience in IT / Non-IT Recruitment is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Strong knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques.
Good candidate screening and coordination skills.
Energetic, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
Willingness to work from the Koramangala office.
Immediate joiners preferred.

• Screen candidates based on skills, experience and job requirements and identify suitable profiles for open positions.
• Manage candidate engagement throughout the recruitment process and maintain regular communication and follow-ups.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates, clients and hiring teams and support the recruitment process through successful closure.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and deliver relevant talent within required timelines.
• Handle multiple/high-volume recruitment requirements in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and turnaround time.
• Build strong professional relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate information, submissions and recruitment updates throughout the hiring cycle.
• Strong experience in US Staffing / US Recruitment is required.
• Hands-on experience with W2, C2C and 1099 requirements is preferred.
• Strong sourcing, candidate engagement, communication and stakeholder-management skills are required.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in the US shift from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM IST.
• Hybrid work model includes 3 days from office and 2 days remote.
