The engagement is freelance/project-based and follows a performance-based revenue-sharing model, with opportunities to work on Mid-Senior and Leadership hiring mandates.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client recruitment requirements accurately.
Source qualified candidates across IT and/or Non-IT domains.
Screen candidates before sharing profiles with clients.
Deliver relevant candidate profiles within quick turnaround times.
Maintain candidate quality and ownership throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong candidate network.
Work on Mid-Senior and Leadership-level recruitment mandates.
Support Pan-India hiring requirements.
Maintain consistency and quality across recruitment assignments.

Experienced independent/freelance recruiters.
Strong candidate network across IT and/or Non-IT domains.

• Understand US staffing and recruitment processes and work according to established hiring procedures.
• Manage multiple recruitment requirements while ensuring timely candidate submissions.
