Monk Prayogshala is hiring Human Resources Executives for its Mumbai office with Remote work opportunities. The organization operates in the Research and Behavioral Science industry with an employee size of 51-200. The selected candidate will be responsible for pre-recruitment activities including researching and drafting job descriptions across functions, managing recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, LetsIntern, and other job portals, sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, professional networking, consultants, and internal referrals, coordinating with placement agencies, contract employment firms, and international recruitment partners, and managing recruitment for multiple research-related positions. Recruitment responsibilities include organizing, scheduling, and supervising interviews, communicating with candidates through phone, email, and video conferencing, ensuring vacant positions are filled within 30 days, preparing offer letters, appointment letters, employment agreements, induction kits, coordinating asset allocation, executing induction programs, and completing employee documentation. The role also includes handling exit formalities by conducting exit interviews and processing exit documentation, updating HR policies, coordinating research events, managing external personnel, maintaining the Human Resource Management System and CRM, networking on behalf of the organization at conferences and symposia, and conducting bi-annual employee performance appraisals. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of psychological theories, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management, Talent Acquisition, Personnel Management, recruitment and selection, research concepts, social science principles, excellent troubleshooting abilities, strong communication skills in English and Hindi, and experience working with universities, research organizations, or HR functions in similar environments.
