The engagement is freelance/project-based and follows a performance-based revenue-sharing model, with opportunities to work on Mid-Senior and Leadership hiring mandates.
Key Responsibilities
Understand client recruitment requirements accurately.
Source qualified candidates across IT and/or Non-IT domains.
Screen candidates before sharing profiles with clients.
Deliver relevant candidate profiles within quick turnaround times.
Maintain candidate quality and ownership throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong candidate network.
Work on Mid-Senior and Leadership-level recruitment mandates.
Support Pan-India hiring requirements.
Maintain consistency and quality across recruitment assignments.

Job Description
Responsible for sourcing and recruiting qualified IT professionals for US-based clients.
• Work on W2, C2C and Full-time recruitment requirements according to client needs.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other relevant recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on technical skills, experience and job requirements.
• Coordinate candidate interviews with clients and hiring teams and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and closure.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and upcoming US IT requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and keep them engaged throughout the hiring process.
• Understand US staffing and recruitment processes and work according to established hiring procedures.
• Manage multiple recruitment requirements while ensuring timely candidate submissions.
• Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment updates throughout the hiring cycle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required for effective candidate and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing is required.
• Good knowledge of US staffing and recruitment processes is preferred.

Responsible for end-to-end US IT recruitment and staffing activities for assigned client requirements.
• Source qualified IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, job requirements and client expectations.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and candidate screening through interview coordination and successful closure.
• Handle multiple US IT staffing requirements simultaneously while ensuring timely candidate submissions.
• Coordinate interviews, maintain regular candidate follow-ups and keep candidates engaged throughout the hiring process.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future US IT requirements.
• Work closely with clients, hiring teams and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and identify suitable talent.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment updates and submission details.
• Ensure quality profiles are submitted within defined turnaround times and support successful placements.
• Strong knowledge of US IT Staffing and recruitment processes is mandatory.
• Candidates must have 4+ years of relevant US IT Staffing experience.
• Strong communication, sourcing, screening, negotiation and candidate-management skills are required.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in the US night shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST.
• Immediate joiners only; the position requires working from office from Day 1.
• No cab facility is provided for this position.
