Job Description
Mobiloitte Technologies is hiring an HR Admin (HR Operations) for its Okhla Phase I, New Delhi office. This is a Work From Office opportunity for candidates with 6 months to 3 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Administration. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Keka HRMS and be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing day-to-day HR activities efficiently. Responsibilities include managing employee onboarding and HR documentation, handling attendance, leave management, and employee records in Keka HRMS, supporting payroll inputs and HR operations, coordinating employee lifecycle activities and internal HR processes, and assisting with campus hiring and interview coordination. Candidates should have good knowledge of onboarding, attendance management, leave management, HR documentation, proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook, strong communication and coordination skills, and experience in campus hiring will be an added advantage. Immediate joiners are preferred. Female candidates are preferred.Salary 30000per month.
