MG Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an HR Manager for its office in Andheri, Mumbai. This is a strictly Work From Office opportunity for candidates with a minimum of 5–6 years of experience in core HR Operations who are currently working in a Manager position. The selected candidate will lead HR Operations, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and HR Compliance functions. Responsibilities include managing end-to-end annual appraisal cycles including KPI and KRA setting, performance reviews, calibration meetings, salary increments, promotions, and Performance Improvement Plans. The role also involves managing the complete employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, confirmations, transfers, promotions, and employee exits, administering leave and attendance through HRMS and biometric systems, coordinating payroll operations, compensation revisions, employee benefits administration, payroll validation, handling Full and Final Settlement, exit interviews, gratuity processing, leave encashment, offboarding activities, maintaining HR records, employee documentation, MIS reports, HR dashboards, workforce analytics, managing employee grievances, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, employee engagement initiatives, leading end-to-end recruitment, ensuring compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements including PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, and Shops and Establishment regulations, identifying training needs, coordinating learning and development programs, supporting talent management initiatives, and partnering with leadership teams on workforce planning, succession planning, HR policy formulation, and HR process improvement projects. Candidates should currently be independently handling appraisal cycles, employee grievances, Full and Final Settlements, and other core HR Operations responsibilities.
