CIEL HR is hiring an L&D Consultant / Senior Consultant for Pune, Maharashtra. Human Resources Services. Employee Size: 501–1,000 employees. The role requires 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources or Learning and Development and an MBA in Human Resources or an equivalent qualification. The selected candidate will coordinate end-to-end training logistics including session creation in Cornerstone LMS, scheduling, calendar management, trainer and participant communication, reminders, attendance tracking, and maintaining training trackers for attendance, compliance, and cost allocation. The role also involves partnering with Finance and Procurement for vendor payments, PR creation, and cost center allocations, managing pre- and post-training logistics including room setup, stationery, lunch arrangements, and gate passes. Additional responsibilities include tracking mandatory e-learning completion, preparing monthly L&D dashboards, supporting onboarding programs, maintaining new hire training records, updating SharePoint, managing MS Forms nominations, responding to L&D-related queries, collaborating with L&D partners on monthly learning calendars, and uploading training content to MPower. Candidates should possess excellent organizational, multitasking, communication, stakeholder management, and MS Office skills with a strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
