AFARM – Action For Agricultural Renewal In Maharashtra is inviting applications for the position of HR & Admin Executive at its Pune office. AFARM is a leading network-based development organization working across Maharashtra for sustainable rural development through partnerships with grassroots NGOs, CSR institutions, government agencies, donor organizations and development stakeholders. The organization works in the areas of sustainable agriculture, rural livelihoods, watershed development, climate resilience, women empowerment, natural resource management and institutional strengthening. The selected candidate will be responsible for recruitment, talent acquisition and onboarding, employee records management, HR documentation and HRMIS management, performance management, learning and development coordination, employee engagement and employee relations, payroll, attendance and leave management, HR compliance, statutory compliance, HR administration, reporting and other general HR responsibilities. Candidates should possess a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management, Master of Social Work or a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline with 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resource Management including recruitment, talent acquisition, HR documentation, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, labour laws, statutory compliance, payroll and attendance management. Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required along with excellent communication skills in English, Marathi and Hindi. Experience in the NGO or Development Sector will be preferred.
