The Talent Acquisition Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition, payroll management, employee lifecycle processes, and HR administration. Responsibilities include handling complete recruitment for operational, corporate, and field-based roles, coordinating candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer rollouts, onboarding and induction, managing end-to-end payroll processing including attendance validation, salary inputs, incentives, deductions, full and final settlements, statutory coordination, maintaining payroll accuracy, HRMS management, employee records, confirmations, transfers, exits, HR documentation, executing employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, internal communication, supporting management in policy implementation and workplace culture initiatives, ensuring compliance with attendance policies, leave processes, labour compliance, HR audits, documentation, process standardization, preparing HR reports, payroll MIS, hiring trackers, attendance reports, employee dashboards, and maintaining confidentiality of employee information. Candidates should have 3–6 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition with mandatory experience in the real estate industry. Hands-on experience with payroll processing, HR operations, attendance systems, labour compliance, employee lifecycle management, Keka HRMS, HRMS platforms, payroll systems, MS Excel, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills is required.
