Job Description
Trend Setters International (India) is hiring a Payroll & HR Compliance Officer for its office in Udyog Vihar, Phase 1, Gurugram. The candidate will be responsible for processing monthly payroll accurately and on time, managing statutory compliances including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, Bonus, Gratuity and TDS, handling statutory returns and maintaining compliance records, managing Full and Final Settlements and resolving payroll-related employee queries, coordinating with auditors, consultants and government authorities, ensuring compliance with labour laws and HR policies, supporting buyer and social compliance audits including SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP and SA8000 by maintaining HR documentation and statutory records, preparing HR MIS reports and maintaining employee records. The ideal candidate should have 3–6 years of experience in Payroll, Statutory Compliance and HR Compliance with strong knowledge of labour laws, payroll processes, HR documentation, audits, HRMS or Payroll software and excellent communication and coordination skills. Retail Apparel and Fashion. 1001–5000 employees.Salary 500000LPA.
