We are looking for an HR Generalist with 2 years of experience to join our team at Gurgaon Sector 49. The selected candidate will facilitate the hiring process by posting job openings, screening resumes, conducting interviews and coordinating new hire orientations. The role includes managing the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, coordinating employee onboarding, induction and documentation, maintaining employee records, HRMS and personnel files, handling attendance, leave management and employee database, coordinating with the payroll team for salary processing, reimbursements and statutory deductions, managing employee confirmation, probation reviews, transfers and promotions, drafting HR letters including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, relieving letters and warning letters, addressing employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, payroll and benefits, ensuring compliance with company policies and labour laws, supporting statutory compliance including PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity and Bonus, resolving employee grievances, conducting employee engagement activities, Rewards and Recognition programs and team building initiatives, coordinating performance management activities, preparing HR MIS reports, dashboards, attrition and headcount reports, managing exit formalities, Full and Final Settlement coordination, coordinating joining formalities with recruitment teams, maintaining vendor records and background verification documentation and ensuring timely completion of compliance audits and HR documentation.
