Job Description
Urban Money is hiring an HR Executive for its Noida office. This is a full-time on-site role with working hours from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday. Immediate joiners are preferred. The selected candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, screen resumes, schedule interviews with hiring managers, prepare job descriptions, post openings across relevant recruitment platforms, build and maintain a strong talent pipeline, coordinate with internal stakeholders to fulfill hiring requirements, ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, communicate professionally with candidates through Microsoft Outlook for emails, interview scheduling, and follow-ups, and maintain recruitment data and reports using Microsoft Excel. Candidates should have 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition with hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment. Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and coordination skills are required along with knowledge of Microsoft Excel functions including SUM, IF, sorting, filtering, and basic formulas, and experience using Microsoft Outlook.
