• Handle different types of US staffing requirements including W2, C2C and Full-time positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other relevant recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience and client requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening/interviews and assess suitability for open positions.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients/hiring teams and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening through interview coordination and closure.
• Build, maintain and continuously expand strong candidate pipelines for current and upcoming IT requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and keep them updated throughout the recruitment process.
• Understand US staffing requirements and follow established US IT recruitment processes.
• Work on multiple requirements simultaneously and ensure qualified candidates are submitted within the required timelines.
• Maintain candidate information and recruitment updates accurately throughout the hiring cycle.
• Required skills include excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing is required.
• Good knowledge of US staffing and recruitment processes is preferred.
