Karnex is hiring an HR Operations & Talent Acquisition Intern for its Pune office located in Baner. This is a 6-month full-time internship designed for candidates who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources. The role requires the candidate to be based in Pune and available for a face-to-face interview, with a strict work from office arrangement. The selected intern will support talent acquisition activities including sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases, screening resumes, coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers, maintaining recruitment trackers, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end hiring process with strong focus on candidate experience. The intern will also support HR operations such as onboarding, joining formalities, employee documentation, maintaining employee records and HR databases, assisting with attendance and leave management, HR compliance activities, and preparing HR reports, trackers, and MIS data. Additionally, the role includes involvement in employee engagement activities such as planning and executing engagement initiatives, events, celebrations, employee connect programs, feedback sessions, vendor coordination, and internal communication to improve employee experience. Candidates should be MBA or PGDM HR students or recent graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills, good MS Office knowledge especially Excel and PowerPoint, and strong coordination, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
