CarTrends Auto Parts Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Business HR Manager for its New Delhi office. CarTrends is one of India's fastest-growing automotive aftermarket companies building a technology-driven automotive ecosystem that includes retail stores, warehouses, B2B distribution, private label products, e-commerce, workshops, and AI-enabled operations. The Business HR Manager will work closely with the Founder and leadership team to align business goals with people strategies and build a high-performing organization. Responsibilities include HR Business Partnering, improving departmental productivity, workforce planning, participating in business reviews, designing organizational structures, defining KRAs and KPIs, succession planning, leadership development, career progression planning, driving quarterly performance reviews, managing Performance Improvement Plans, employee lifecycle management, onboarding, attendance and leave management, payroll coordination, HRMS administration, exit management, employee documentation, policy implementation, compliance coordination, employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, retention improvement, process standardization, SOP development, HR automation, HR analytics, dashboard creation, labour law compliance, PF and ESI coordination, Shops and Establishment compliance, POSH implementation, statutory documentation, coaching managers, developing future leaders, identifying skill gaps, and building internal leadership pipelines. Candidates should possess strong business acumen, HR analytics expertise, performance management experience, HRMS knowledge, labour law understanding, process improvement skills, recruitment strategy expertise, emotional intelligence, and excellent execution capability. Preference will be given to candidates with 6–10 years of experience in HR Business Partner or Business HR roles from retail, manufacturing, automotive, distribution, logistics, or fast-growing startup environments and experience scaling teams beyond 100 employees.
