Position: HR Generalist
Location: Gurgaon Sector 49
Experience: 2+ Years
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
BigTree Resource Management Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle management, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, induction, and employee documentation.
• Handle the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
• Maintain employee records, HRMS, attendance, and leave management.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.
• Manage probation, confirmations, transfers, and promotions.
• Prepare HR letters and maintain HR documentation.
• Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements including PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, and Bonus.
• Drive employee engagement, rewards & recognition, and performance management activities.
• Prepare HR MIS reports, dashboards, attrition reports, and headcount reports.
• Coordinate exit formalities, Full & Final Settlement, background verification, and compliance audits.
Required Skills:
• 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.
• Experience with HRMS, employee relations, and HR documentation.
• Good communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
