Job Description
Synergy Innovation is hiring an experienced IT Recruiter to join its recruitment team. The role involves handling end-to-end IT and technical recruitment for MNC and IT clients, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination and offer/joining follow-up.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in MNC IT & Technical Recruitment, strong knowledge of IT hiring practices and a proven track record of managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions.
Understand client requirements and identify suitable IT professionals.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Identify candidates based on technical skills, experience and job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring/client teams.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups.
Handle multiple IT hiring requirements simultaneously.
Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand recruitment needs.
Follow up with selected candidates through offer acceptance and joining.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and candidate status updates.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Meet recruitment targets and timelines while maintaining quality of hiring.
Candidate Requirements
1–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Technical Recruitment.
Experience handling MNC IT & Technical Recruitment.
Strong understanding of IT hiring and candidate sourcing.
Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment.
Good knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals and sourcing techniques.
Strong candidate management and follow-up skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand technical job descriptions and identify relevant candidates.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and candidates simultaneously.
Stable career history and good job stability.
Self-motivated, proactive and target-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Experience
Candidates who have previously recruited for IT/MNC clients and have experience handling technical hiring requirements will be suitable for this position.
Experience with sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate engagement, offer follow-up and joining management will be valuable.
