Job Description
Hireginie is hiring a Sr. Manager / Associate Director ā Talent Acquisition to lead high-volume hiring for field sales and branch operations within a leading asset-backed digital lending fintech platform.
The role requires strong experience in large-scale recruitment, TA team leadership, recruiter productivity, sourcing strategy, and meeting demanding hiring timelines and targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead large-scale volume hiring across field sales and branch operations.
Deliver recruitment mandates within tight hiring timelines.
Build, manage, and lead Talent Acquisition teams.
Drive recruiter productivity and consistently achieve hiring targets.
Develop scalable sourcing strategies for high-volume recruitment.
Optimize recruitment processes to improve efficiency and turnaround time.
Track and improve quality-of-hire metrics.
Manage recruitment pipelines and ensure timely hiring closures.
Partner closely with business stakeholders and hiring managers.
Develop effective recruitment processes suitable for fast-growing operations.
Monitor team performance and implement measures to improve productivity.
Must-Have Requirements
7ā15 years of overall experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Strong track record in large-scale hiring across field sales and branch operations.
Proven experience in building and leading TA teams.
Strong ability to drive recruiter productivity and hiring targets.
Hands-on expertise in scalable sourcing and recruitment process optimization.
Experience with quality-of-hire metrics.
Strong stakeholder management skills.
Fintech / NBFC industry experience is mandatory.
Strong communication, leadership, and team-management skills.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate should be an experienced Talent Acquisition leader with proven exposure to high-volume sales recruitment, team leadership, scalable sourcing, and recruitment process optimization within the Fintech/NBFC sector.
