Job Description

The company operates in the Electrical and Electronic Manufacturing industry with more than 10,000 employees globally. The Training Specialist I will report to the Quality Systems Supervisor and play a crucial role in ensuring the effectiveness and compliance of employee training programs. The selected candidate will support day-to-day activities within the training department, provide guidance to the team, investigate root causes of compliance issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining training materials, facilitating employee training sessions including induction programs, evaluating training effectiveness through assessments and performance metrics, recommending improvements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality management standards such as ISO 13485 and MDSAP, collaborating with Quality Operations, Manufacturing and Human Resources teams to integrate training initiatives into overall quality strategies, identifying opportunities for continuous process improvement, supporting audits and managing CAPA, non-conformance actions and audit findings while performing additional responsibilities assigned by the Senior Quality Systems Engineer. Candidates should possess a Level 7 degree in Science, Engineering, Quality Management or a related field or equivalent industry experience with a minimum of two years of experience in a medical devices manufacturing environment. Experience within a training or quality systems department is desirable. Strong communication and presentation skills, analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, teamwork, knowledge of regulatory requirements, proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and a proactive approach are essential. Experience in the medical devices industry will be an added advantage.
