This is a full-time on-site Payroll Executive position based in Okhla, Delhi. The selected candidate will manage end-to-end payroll processing including attendance data collection, input validation, salary calculations, deductions, incentives, statutory components, payroll administration, maintaining employee payroll records, resolving payroll-related queries in coordination with HR and Finance, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, supporting audits and reporting, preparing monthly payroll summaries and MIS reports, coordinating salary disbursement with banks or payment partners, and continuously improving payroll processes for greater efficiency and accuracy. Candidates should have strong payroll administration and payroll processing skills, a good understanding of finance, excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software, strong numerical accuracy, and knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliances including PF, ESI, TDS, gratuity, and basic accounting principles. A graduate degree in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required and prior experience in payroll or HR operations is preferred.
