Job Overview:
Venkatesh Naturals is looking for an experienced and proactive Sr. HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of HR Generalist functions, payroll, employee lifecycle management, and statutory compliance. Candidates with prior experience in the FMCG industry will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and onboarding.
Coordinate with hiring managers to fulfil recruitment requirements.
HR Operations:
Handle day-to-day HR activities, employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS.
Ensure smooth execution of HR operational processes.
Payroll and Attendance:
Coordinate monthly payroll processing.
Manage attendance, leave management, and salary-related activities.
Employee Engagement:
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, and initiatives.
Implement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction.
Performance Management:
Coordinate performance appraisals and employee confirmations.
Manage performance reviews and related documentation.
Employee Relations:
Address employee queries, grievances, and workplace concerns.
Maintain effective employee relations.
HR Documentation:
Prepare and maintain offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and increment letters.
Manage employee exit documentation.
HR Policies and Compliance:
Implement HR policies and procedures.
Ensure adherence to applicable labour laws and statutory compliance.
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Manage employee onboarding and induction.
Support employee development initiatives.
Coordinate employee exit and separation formalities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
4–6 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations roles.
FMCG industry experience will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of recruitment and HR operations.
Good understanding of payroll, attendance, and statutory compliance.
Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to independently manage HR functions.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
