Job Description
Cushman & Wakefield is hiring an Early in Career Talent Advisor to support the attraction, engagement, and hiring of early career talent including interns, graduates, apprentices, and entry-level professionals. This hybrid opportunity is based in Gurgaon, Haryana and focuses on delivering an exceptional candidate experience while ensuring recruitment processes are executed accurately and efficiently.
The selected candidate will support the end-to-end recruitment process for interns, graduates, apprentices, and entry-level talent. Responsibilities include scheduling interviews, assessment centers, and candidate events, managing candidate communications, maintaining recruitment trackers, and ensuring candidates move smoothly through every stage of the hiring process while providing a positive recruitment experience.
The role requires close collaboration with recruiters, hiring managers, universities, and educational institutions to support hiring demand and build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. The candidate will provide regular recruitment updates, monitor candidate progress, and contribute to successful hiring outcomes.
The Early in Career Talent Advisor will support campus recruitment initiatives, career fairs, networking events, employer branding activities, recruitment marketing campaigns, and proactive candidate sourcing through CRM systems and talent pools. The role also involves engaging prospective candidates through follow-up communication and maintaining long-term talent pipelines.
Additional responsibilities include maintaining accurate recruitment data within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and HR systems, preparing recruitment reports and hiring metrics, ensuring compliance with company policies, employment legislation, and data privacy standards, and identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Candidates should have approximately 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment Coordination, Human Resources, or a related field with experience supporting recruitment in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and administrative abilities, proficiency with ATS, CRM, HRIS, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and PowerPoint are essential. Experience supporting university hiring, graduate programs, intern recruitment, apprentice hiring, recruitment marketing, employer branding, and high-volume recruitment will be an advantage. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, customer service orientation, problem-solving ability, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently while delivering excellent stakeholder and candidate satisfaction.
