Uni Seoul is hiring a Retail Training Specialist / Learning & Development Specialist for its Pune operations. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who are passionate about retail capability development, people coaching and creating exceptional customer experiences through effective learning initiatives. Uni Seoul is one of India's fastest-growing Korean-inspired lifestyle brands focused on clean design, modern retail experiences and customer-centric store operations. The role is responsible for designing, delivering and embedding learning programs that strengthen retail capability and support business growth across the store network.
The selected candidate will design and deliver end-to-end training programs for retail teams across all store functions, conduct structured onboarding sessions and refresher programs, develop training content covering customer service excellence, product knowledge, store standards and standard operating procedures, deliver classroom, floor-based and hands-on training, provide one-on-one coaching focused on communication, attitude and professional behaviour, identify skill gaps and create individual development plans, train employees on grooming standards and uniform compliance, conduct store audits, develop customer experience training modules, facilitate role-play exercises, train teams on store display standards, collaborate with store operations teams, track training completion, assessment scores and learning outcomes, prepare monthly Learning and Development reports and maintain training materials, SOPs and evaluation tools.
Candidates should have 4+ years of experience in Retail Training, Learning and Development or Store Operations with a dedicated training focus. Applicants should possess strong knowledge of retail standard operating procedures, customer service frameworks and store standards along with excellent communication, facilitation and coaching skills. Experience in fashion, lifestyle or consumer retail brands will be preferred. Certifications in Learning and Development, coaching or instructional design such as CPTD, ICF or equivalent, familiarity with Learning Management Systems or e-learning tools and experience creating training content from scratch will be an added advantage.
