We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior HR Operations Manager to join our team in Hyderabad.

Location: Nanakramguda, Hyderabad
Work Mode: Work from Office
Shift: Morning Shift
Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 Days
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and expertise
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
Develop, implement and improve HR policies, procedures and operational practices.
Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, promotions and exits.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
Handle attendance, leave management, employee records and HR-related queries.
Coordinate payroll inputs and work closely with finance/payroll teams to ensure timely processing.
Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, company policies and statutory requirements.
Manage employee grievances and support effective employee relations.
Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards and operational metrics for management.
Monitor HR processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
Coordinate with department heads and management on workforce and employee-related matters.
Support performance management, employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Lead and mentor HR team members and ensure timely completion of HR activities.
Maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism across all HR operations.
Candidate Requirements:
5+ years of experience in HR Operations or a similar HR management role.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies and employee lifecycle management.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Strong leadership and team-management capabilities.
Good knowledge of HRMS, MS Excel and HR reporting.
Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Knowledge of HR compliance and statutory processes will be an advantage.
Strategic mindset with strong attention to detail and ownership.
