Job Description
Intel Market Research is a leading market research and business intelligence company that delivers data-driven insights, customized research solutions, and strategic consulting services to clients across global industries. The organization is looking for a motivated HR Intern who is passionate about Human Resources and eager to gain practical experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations.
The HR Intern will assist the HR team in managing end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and recruitment coordination. The role also involves supporting employee onboarding, maintaining HR documentation, updating employee records, and assisting with day-to-day HR operations to ensure smooth workforce management.
The selected candidate will contribute to employee engagement initiatives, coordinate internal HR activities, and support process improvement projects. This internship offers valuable exposure to talent acquisition strategies, HR operations, employee lifecycle management, and corporate HR practices while working in a collaborative and professional environment.
This opportunity is ideal for MBA (HR), BBA, B.Com, graduates, and freshers who want to build a strong foundation in Human Resources and develop practical skills in recruitment, HR administration, employee engagement, and people management.
