Job Description
The company is hiring an HR Lead for its Noida Sector 64 office. The organization is looking for an experienced Human Resources professional to manage end-to-end HR operations, employee lifecycle management, performance management and workforce coordination while ensuring statutory compliance and strong employee engagement. The role requires a proactive individual who can independently handle core HR functions and contribute to building an efficient and employee-centric workplace.
The selected candidate will coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination. The role includes managing the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit, driving the Performance Management System and appraisal processes, communicating HR policies, handling employee engagement initiatives and resolving employee grievances.
The candidate will ensure compliance with statutory regulations including PF, ESIC, taxes, gratuity and bonus, monitor attendance, coordinate payroll distribution and salary slips, process employee exit formalities and documentation and support workforce planning along with day-to-day Human Resources operations.
The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources with strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, employee lifecycle management, performance management, payroll coordination, statutory compliance and employee relations. Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills are essential.
