Job Description
iPivot is hiring Senior Oracle HCM Functional Consultants for its client PwC India for a leadership level opportunity at PwC Acceleration Center India. The role focuses on delivering large scale Oracle HCM Cloud transformation, implementation, enhancement, and support programs for global enterprise clients. The consultant will lead requirement gathering, fit gap analysis, and solution design workshops while architecting and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across Core HR, Absence Management, and Oracle Time and Labor modules. Responsibilities include defining enterprise and workforce structures such as jobs, positions, grades, departments, and locations, designing absence plans, accrual rules, time entry rules, and approval workflows, and preparing functional design documents, solution design documents, business requirement documents, test scripts, and training documentation. The role also involves overseeing system integration testing, user acceptance testing, cutover activities, production deployment, hypercare, and post go live support. The consultant will partner with technical teams for integrations, data migration, reporting, HCM extracts, HDL loads, and system enhancements while mentoring junior consultants and ensuring delivery excellence. Candidates must have 10 to 15 years of Oracle HCM Functional Consulting experience with strong expertise in Core HR, Absence, and OTL modules, along with experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and transformation programs. Hands on experience in Oracle HDL, HCM Extracts, Functional Setup Manager, OTBI reporting, BI Publisher, and Oracle HCM Analytics is required. Strong understanding of Oracle HCM security roles, data access controls, approval workflows, and profile options is essential.
