Job Description
Prayagh Consumer Care Pvt Ltd is hiring a Senior Manager ā Human Resources for its Hyderabad office. This position reports directly to the CHRO and is responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle across Corporate and Sales functions. The organization is looking for a people-centric HR leader with strong business partnering capabilities and extensive experience in employee lifecycle management.
The selected candidate will lead end-to-end HR support covering onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, learning and development, retention strategies, succession planning, and exit management. The role requires partnering closely with leaders across Corporate and Sales departments to align people strategies with business objectives and workforce requirements.
Key responsibilities include driving effective onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees, managing employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality, supporting performance management and talent review processes, and ensuring capability development across teams.
The role involves coaching managers, strengthening team effectiveness, enhancing organizational culture, promoting accountability, and developing leadership capability. The selected candidate will oversee offboarding activities, exit interviews, trend analysis, workforce risk identification, and employee communication throughout the separation process.
Additional responsibilities include ensuring HR policies, practices, documentation, and compliance processes remain current, effective, and consistently implemented across the organization. The candidate will leverage HR analytics, employee insights, and workforce data to identify trends, support decision-making, and recommend strategic improvements.
Applicants should possess strong expertise in employee relations, performance management, organizational development, HR compliance, stakeholder management, leadership coaching, talent management, and workforce planning. Experience supporting both Corporate and Sales teams is highly preferred.
