Job Description
Qualitas Global is hiring an HR Lead / Assistant Manager – Recruitment & HR Operations for its Kalyani Nagar, Pune office. The company is looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in Data Annotation, Data Labeling, AI Training Data, or Content Moderation operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving recruitment, talent acquisition, employee engagement, retention, HR operations, and workforce management. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment activities, support talent acquisition strategies, and ensure timely hiring of quality talent to meet business objectives.
Key responsibilities include employee engagement initiatives, retention strategies, culture building, HR policy implementation, payroll coordination, salary administration, attendance management, and overall HR operations management. The role requires building and maintaining a motivated, high-performance workforce while supporting organizational growth.
Candidates should possess strong experience in Recruitment and HR Generalist functions along with hands-on exposure to payroll processing, salary administration, attendance management, and employee lifecycle management. Experience working in a Data Annotation Services company is mandatory.
The position requires strong leadership capabilities, communication skills, stakeholder management, employee relations expertise, and the ability to drive HR initiatives independently. Immediate joiners and candidates already based in Pune will be preferred.
This is a work-from-office position and candidates should be available for face-to-face interviews in Pune.
