The role is ideal for recruitment professionals who are passionate about talent acquisition, stakeholder management, and end-to-end hiring. The selected candidate will work closely with clients and candidates while driving recruitment operations, talent sourcing, onboarding support, and market intelligence initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, networking, and advanced sourcing techniques.
Draft and publish job postings.
Manage end-to-end sourcing and recruitment funnels.
Conduct telephonic screening and candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with team leads and clients.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
Drive position closures with ownership and accountability.
Build strong relationships with candidates and clients.
Support onboarding, induction, and post-joining communication.
Stay updated with recruitment trends and hiring practices.
Research talent pools, industry benchmarks, and hiring trends.
Support data-driven recruitment initiatives.
Requirements
3–5 years of recruitment experience.
Strong sourcing and talent acquisition skills.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage recruitment MIS and candidate databases.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven and result-oriented mindset.
