Our client is looking for an experienced Workday Recruiting SME to lead the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday Recruiting solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong functional expertise, active Workday Recruiting certification, and experience driving end-to-end recruiting processes, stakeholder engagement, and solution delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the configuration and optimization of Workday Recruiting modules including Job Requisitions, Career Sites, Candidate Management, Interview Scheduling, and Offer Management.
Design and enhance end-to-end recruiting processes and candidate journeys.
Conduct requirement gathering workshops and solution design sessions with stakeholders.
Configure recruiting business processes, approvals, and hiring workflows.
Manage security configuration related to recruiting roles and candidate data.
Drive testing activities, defect management, and release readiness.
Provide guidance on recruiting best practices, compliance, and candidate experience.
Collaborate with reporting teams for recruiting analytics and dashboards.
Support Workday releases and adoption of new features.
Mentor junior consultants and review deliverables.
Required Qualifications
6+ years of Workday functional consulting experience with strong expertise in the Recruiting module.
Active Workday Recruiting Certification.
Deep understanding of recruitment lifecycle and hiring workflows.
Strong experience in client-facing roles and solution design.
Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Preferred Skills
Exposure to Advanced Reporting, Dashboards, and Analytics.
Experience with full Workday implementation lifecycles, preferably for large-scale organizations.
