We're Hiring - HR Executive (HR Generalist)
Location: Sector 50, Gurugram (Gurgaon), Haryana

Experience Required: 3-4 Years
CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA
Qualification: MBA in HR
Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Executive (HR Generalist) to manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for IT recruitment, HR operations, employee engagement, and stakeholder coordination while supporting a fast-paced technology-driven work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical, product, and non-technical roles
• Ensure timely hiring with high-quality talent acquisition standards
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, ATS platforms, and developer communities
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management:
• Handle onboarding and joining formalities
• Maintain employee documentation and HR records
• Manage attendance, leave administration, and employee database updates
• Coordinate employee exit formalities and ensure compliance
Employee Engagement & Culture:
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
• Conduct feedback and culture-building activities
• Support a positive and collaborative work environment
Stakeholder Management:
• Coordinate with engineering managers and department heads for workforce planning
• Support hiring requirements and performance management processes
• Liaise with recruitment partners, background verification agencies, and campus placement teams
Key Skills Required:
• Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS/ERP
• Strong expertise in IT recruitment and talent sourcing
• Knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR documentation, and compliance
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• 3-4 years of experience in IT Recruitment and HR Generalist functions
• Experience hiring for AI/ML, Big Data, Full Stack, Product, and Software Development roles
• Background in IT, Software, SaaS, Product-Based, or Technology organizations preferred
