Job Description:
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities for corporate, operations, sales, and project-based roles.
Source, screen, and coordinate candidates across multiple locations in India.
Handle high-volume hiring requirements and maintain strong talent pipelines.
Manage and optimize job postings on recruitment platforms such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
Coordinate candidate interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
Facilitate onboarding activities including offer management, documentation, and background verification.
Manage employee exit formalities and Full & Final settlement coordination.
HR Operations & Compliance
Implement and monitor HR policies, attendance processes, leave management, and workplace standards.
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel databases.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, POSH requirements, and child safeguarding guidelines.
Support HR audits and maintain accurate employee documentation.
Payroll & Administration Support
Prepare attendance records and payroll inputs for salary processing.
Coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely payroll execution.
Track employee working days, holidays, and leave records.
Support organizational asset allocation and tracking, including laptops, mobile devices, and training resources.
Performance Management & Employee Relations
Support employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture programs.
Address employee concerns and HR-related queries.
Assist managers with performance management processes and employee development initiatives.
Help create a positive, compliant, and productive work environment.
Requirements:
Experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or HR Generalist functions.
Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and employee lifecycle management.
Familiarity with HR compliance, documentation, and payroll coordination.
Experience using recruitment portals and HR systems.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
