The HR Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities. The role requires maintaining employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS databases with high accuracy. Responsibilities include handling attendance, leave management, employee queries, HR compliance activities, coordinating with payroll teams for monthly payroll inputs and employee data updates, ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements, generating HR reports, MIS, and workforce analytics for management review, supporting employee engagement initiatives and HR projects, and working closely with business leaders and employees to ensure smooth HR operations.
Candidates should have experience working with HRMS and payroll systems, strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and documentation, good analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders effectively. Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
