The Senior Technical Recruitment Consultant role is a core team opportunity designed for professionals who want to become trusted talent advisors, influence hiring decisions, build meaningful candidate relationships, and contribute to the growth of a modern talent acquisition company.
The selected candidate will own recruitment outcomes from start to finish, including leading searches independently, managing stakeholder relationships, driving hiring outcomes, influencing hiring decisions, solving hiring challenges proactively, and taking complete ownership of recruitment engagements.
The role involves partnering directly with founders, hiring managers, and leadership teams to understand business objectives, workforce requirements, and hiring challenges. Responsibilities include providing talent intelligence, market insights, hiring recommendations, compensation benchmarking, and strategic hiring guidance.
The consultant will build and maintain strong networks of high-quality professionals within the startup and technology ecosystem while focusing on long-term relationships and quality engagement. The role requires sourcing, headhunting, talent mapping, candidate engagement, pipeline development, and executive-level recruitment support.
Candidate experience is a major responsibility within this position. The consultant will ensure transparency, professionalism, responsiveness, and trust throughout the hiring journey while representing both clients and Hyperhunt effectively.
As a core team member, the selected individual will contribute to recruitment methodologies, internal playbooks, AI-powered recruiting systems, candidate experience frameworks, talent intelligence capabilities, and operational processes that support company growth.
The ideal candidate should possess 3–7 years of recruitment experience with mandatory agency recruitment experience. Candidates should have experience hiring for startups, product companies, SaaS organizations, or technology-focused businesses.
Strong sourcing and headhunting capabilities are required, along with proven success managing end-to-end recruitment processes. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, relationship-building, and influencing skills are essential.
Preferred experience includes hiring for Engineering, Product, Data, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and Leadership positions. Experience working directly with founders, startup leadership teams, executive search assignments, AI recruiting tools, and recruitment automation platforms will be considered advantageous.
