Zodnik Solutions is hiring for a VP - Global Performance & Reward (PRB) Transformation role with a leading global banking organization. This is a unique opportunity for professionals who bring a combination of HR Transformation, Performance & Reward advisory, and Shared Services/GCC leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities and Requirements:
• Lead large-scale HR transformation programs.
• Drive Performance & Reward transformation initiatives across global teams.
• Strong understanding of Compensation, Benefits, Performance Management, and Reward processes.
• Design and optimize service catalogues and operating models.
• Support annual performance review cycles, compensation planning, reward programs, and budget planning/loading processes.
• Work closely with global stakeholders across multiple regions.
• Lead and manage large teams within Shared Services and GCC environments.
• Leverage Workday and HR systems to improve HR service delivery and business outcomes.
• Partner with HR COEs, Total Rewards, HR Operations, and Transformation teams to drive strategic initiatives.
Preferred Profile:
• Experience within BFSI organizations.
• 5–10+ years of experience in Shared Services / GCC environments.
• Strong people management and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience in HR Transformation, Total Rewards, HR Operations, Shared Services, or HR COE environments.
• Ability to work effectively with global teams and senior leadership.
