The selected candidate will oversee payroll delivery, team performance, compliance, and process excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead payroll operations and payroll delivery teams.
Manage US Payroll or Europe Payroll processes.
Ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
Handle escalations and stakeholder communication.
Monitor team performance and productivity.
Prepare payroll reports and operational dashboards.
Support audits and compliance requirements.
Drive process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
Manage payroll systems and HR technology platforms.
Requirements
6–10 years of payroll experience.
Experience in team handling and payroll leadership roles.
Expertise in US Payroll or Europe Payroll.
Knowledge of Oracle, Workday, SAP, or SAP SuccessFactors.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Immediate to 30 days notice period preferred.
