Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive with 1-3 years of experience in Core HR and HR Operations. The selected candidate will manage day-to-day employee lifecycle activities, HR documentation, payroll coordination, employee engagement, and overall HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day Core HR and HR Operations activities.
- Manage employee onboarding, joining formalities, and exit interviews.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR files, dashboards, and HRMS data.
- Manage employee attendance, leave, confirmation, transfers, and promotions.
- Collect, validate, and prepare monthly payroll inputs and assist with manual payroll processing (attendance, leave, deductions, and salary calculations).
- Coordinate with finance/payroll teams and resolve employee queries regarding HR policies, leave, and payroll.
- Support employee engagement, retention activities, and performance appraisal processes.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of employee data and support HR compliance and policy implementation.
- Assist in recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate follow-ups.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR (preferred), or BBA, B.Com, or any Graduate degree with relevant experience.
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Core HR, HR Operations, and employee lifecycle management.
- Experience with payroll inputs, manual payroll processing, and HRMS software.
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to handle confidential employee data discreetly.
