Key Responsibilities

Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of HR experience.

Job Description
CIEL HR is hiring an experienced and dynamic Unit Lead ā HR to manage and lead the complete HR function for a multispecialty hospital unit. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HR operations, people management, employee engagement, payroll, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the complete HR function for the hospital unit.
Drive day-to-day HR Operations and ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
Manage employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, employee relations, engagement and exit processes.
Handle payroll coordination and ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and maintain a positive workplace environment.
Manage employee grievances and ensure timely resolution of HR-related concerns.
Partner with business and hospital leadership on workforce and people-related matters.
Manage stakeholder relationships across departments and ensure effective communication.
Support manpower planning, workforce management and organizational requirements.
Ensure compliance with applicable HR policies, processes and statutory requirements.
Lead and mentor the HR team and ensure effective people management.
Prepare and monitor HR reports, MIS and other people-related metrics.
Key Requirements
15ā18 years of overall HR experience, preferably within the hospital/healthcare industry.
Strong experience in HR Operations & People Management.
Good exposure to Payroll & Employee Engagement.
Strong leadership and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to independently manage the complete HR function of a unit.
Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Candidates from the Hospital industry will be preferred.
Looking for very dynamic and strong HR professionals.
