The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing effective university recruitment strategies to identify and attract high-potential university graduates and interns for diverse roles within the organization while aligning with the company's innovative and inclusive culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement effective university recruitment strategies to identify and attract high-potential university graduates and interns for diverse roles within the company.
Efficiently manage high-volume and complex university hiring processes while ensuring quality and consistency in candidate selection and onboarding.
Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders at universities including career services teams, faculty members, and student organizations.
Position the company as an employer of choice among students and graduates through strategic campus engagement initiatives.
Plan, organize, and participate in career fairs, technology talks, workshops, networking events, and campus recruitment activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers.
Manage multiple recruitment projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives through equitable and inclusive hiring practices.
