Job Description
Acumen GPS India Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an HR & Admin Executive for its office located in Noida Sector 16. The role is primarily focused on Administration (70%) with support for HR Operations (30%). The selected candidate will oversee day-to-day office administration and facility management, manage office assets, inventory, and vendor coordination, handle travel, accommodation, and logistics arrangements, ensure smooth functioning of office operations and maintenance, maintain administrative records, agreements, and documentation, coordinate with service providers and external agencies, and support compliance and general office management activities. On the HR side, the candidate will assist in recruitment and interview coordination, maintain employee records and HR documentation, support onboarding and employee engagement activities, support monthly payroll processing and salary coordination, handle PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance-related activities, and coordinate attendance, leave, and other HR-related administrative tasks. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative and organizational skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities, proficiency in MS Office and documentation management, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
