Job Description
One of the leading manufacturers and suppliers of bags, uniforms, garments, and promotional products for corporates, schools, hospitals, hotels, and industries in Hyderabad is hiring an HR & Admin Executive through CIEL HR. This role reports directly to the Managing Director and combines administration and human resources responsibilities with a work allocation of 60% Administration and 40% Human Resources.
The selected candidate will manage office administration and facility operations, coordinate housekeeping, security, maintenance, and office services, handle asset management, inventory control, office records, stationery and consumables management, vendor coordination, travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, vehicle requirements, attendance monitoring, workplace discipline, office infrastructure, and support administrative requirements across departments.
On the HR side, responsibilities include recruitment sourcing, interview scheduling, onboarding activities, employee documentation, personnel file management, attendance and leave management, payroll input coordination, statutory compliance support related to labour laws, ESI, PF, employee records management, employee engagement activities, grievance coordination, performance review support, HR MIS reporting, and employee database maintenance.
Candidates should possess strong administration and people management skills, knowledge of labour laws, ESI, PF, HR documentation, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, email communication, MIS reporting, and strong communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English. The ability to coordinate across departments and manage multiple responsibilities effectively is essential.
Performance will be measured through recruitment closure timelines, attendance and employee record accuracy, smooth administration and facility management, employee retention and engagement, compliance adherence, and documentation maintenance.
