Colleve is hiring a Senior HR Business Analyst ā HR Technology & Transformation for its Bangalore location. This role is designed for a highly motivated and business-focused professional who can support HR transformation and HR technology initiatives within a growing organization. The selected candidate will serve as a critical bridge between HR stakeholders, business leaders, technology teams, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of HR process improvements, system implementations, and ongoing HR technology programs.
The role involves analyzing and documenting current HR processes across the complete employee lifecycle, identifying opportunities for process optimization, standardization, automation, and employee experience improvements. The candidate will support the design and implementation of future-state HR processes and operating models while facilitating workshops and discussions with HR and business stakeholders.
The successful candidate will support HR technology implementations, system enhancements, upgrades, and transformation projects. Responsibilities include gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements, collaborating with technology teams, implementation partners, and vendors to translate business requirements into effective solutions, participating in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities, and ensuring alignment between business processes and system capabilities.
The position also requires supporting project planning, governance, risk management, issue tracking, status reporting, project coordination, milestone tracking, dependency management, and leadership reporting. The individual will act as a key point of contact between business stakeholders and external implementation or support partners, assist with vendor governance, service reviews, performance monitoring, issue resolution, and escalation management.
Additionally, the role includes supporting communication, training, change management, adoption activities, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness initiatives, and promoting best practices in HR service delivery and technology utilization.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field along with 7 to 10 years of experience in HR, HR Operations, HR Transformation, HR Shared Services, HR Technology, or Business Analysis. Strong understanding of end-to-end HR processes, business analysis, process mapping, requirements gathering, project management, stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills are required.
Experience supporting HR technology implementations or transformation programs and exposure to platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, ServiceNow HR, or similar HR technologies is essential. Experience with global HR organizations, consulting firms, HR transformation teams, HR shared services environments, Agile, Waterfall, hybrid delivery methodologies, and change management initiatives will be advantageous. Relevant certifications in Business Analysis, Project Management, HR Technology, or HR Operations are preferred.
