Job Description
A leading manufacturing organization located at Kuruli, Chakan, Pune is looking for an experienced HR professional to lead Human Resources, Employee Relations (ER), Industrial Relations (IR), and Administration functions for its manufacturing facility. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, policies, and procedures while driving recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee development initiatives, workforce planning, and manpower budgeting. The role includes maintaining HR records, MIS reports, and statutory documentation. The incumbent will foster positive employee relations, address grievances and disciplinary matters, conduct employee engagement and retention initiatives, and support effective communication between management and employees. Responsibilities also include managing union interactions, collective bargaining activities, labor disputes, and ensuring industrial harmony across the facility. The candidate will ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, and statutory requirements while liaising with government authorities and labor departments when required. Administrative responsibilities include overseeing plant administration, security, transport, canteen operations, housekeeping, facility management, vendor coordination, and service contract management. Candidates should possess strong exposure to factory HR operations, labor law compliance, employee engagement programs, industrial relations management, and unionized workforce environments. MBA/PGDM in HR, MSW, or equivalent qualification is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with mandatory English communication proficiency are essential. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
