Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, shortlisting, phone screening, interviewing, and selection activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Hiring Managers and local HR Managers.
Assist with job advertisement creation and posting on relevant recruitment platforms.
Source and attract candidates through databases, job boards, advertising campaigns, social media platforms, career fairs, and other recruitment channels.
Participate in career fairs and trade shows to support talent attraction initiatives.
Contribute to projects related to employer branding, progression planning, and early careers programs.
Maintain and update recruitment systems, databases, and internal processes.
Work toward recruitment KPIs and contribute to achieving team goals and results.
Qualifications & Experience:
Degree-level education.
Good communication and language skills.
Previous recruitment or HR experience preferred.
Highly organized with strong planning and coordination abilities.
Professional telephone and communication skills.
Travel & Work Arrangements:
Site-based role with some flexibility.
