Job Description
Skyleaf is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager for a pure Individual Contributor role in Noida. The position involves owning end-to-end recruitment across global Engineering, Product, and Enterprise Sales functions within the B2B Enterprise SaaS and Supply Chain Technology space.
The candidate will be responsible for direct sourcing of passive talent, strategic stakeholder partnering, recruitment pipeline management, compensation benchmarking, and hiring SLA management.
Key Responsibilities
Own the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for assigned business functions.
Manage hiring across global Engineering, Product, and Enterprise Sales roles.
Recruit for technical positions including:
Java
Cloud
Microservices
Handle recruitment for Product and Enterprise Sales positions.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies for specialized SaaS talent.
Directly headhunt passive candidates across domestic regions.
Use LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools to identify relevant talent.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Partner directly with VPs, CXOs, and global business heads on recruitment requirements.
Provide stakeholders with regular pipeline and recruitment metrics.
Advise business leaders on compensation benchmarks and market availability.
Manage and track hiring SLAs to ensure timely closure of positions.
Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain accurate recruitment data, reports, and hiring metrics.
Work independently as a pure Individual Contributor without a team-management focus.

Candidate Profile
7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment.
Strong experience handling end-to-end recruitment independently.
Experience hiring for B2B Enterprise SaaS, Technology, or Supply Chain Tech environments will be relevant.
Strong exposure to Engineering recruitment, particularly Java, Cloud, and Microservices.
Experience in Product and Enterprise Sales hiring.
Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates directly.
Strong hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and Boolean sourcing.
Excellent stakeholder management and advisory skills.
Comfortable interacting directly with VPs, CXOs, and global business leaders.
Strong understanding of recruitment metrics, compensation benchmarks, and hiring SLAs.
Knowledge of Keka HRMS is required/mandated.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to work independently in a pure IC capacity.
