GetWork is hiring an HR & Operations Executive for its Mumbai Kandivali location. This is a full-time hybrid role with a 5-day working schedule. The company is looking for a proactive professional who can manage recruitment, employee engagement, administration, finance coordination, and operational activities. Key recruitment responsibilities include managing end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, posting job openings, screening profiles, conducting HR discussions, coordinating interviews, handling candidate communication, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, joining formalities, and maintaining recruitment trackers and hiring databases. Human Resources responsibilities include managing onboarding, employee documentation, HR records, attendance, leave management, payroll inputs, employee lifecycle processes, supporting performance reviews and appraisals, conducting onboarding sessions, employee connect programs, drafting HR communications, policies, letters, and documentation. Administration responsibilities include managing office administration, vendors, subscriptions, licenses, company assets, travel bookings, reimbursements, office supplies, facility management, office events, celebrations, team outings, employee engagement activities, and maintaining HR and administration reports, trackers, and compliance records. Finance coordination responsibilities include supporting invoicing, billing, payment tracking, client documentation, coordinating contracts, invoices, payment follow-ups, maintaining expense trackers, reimbursements, vendor payments and financial records, and assisting in finance reporting and documentation management. Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, Administration, or Business Operations with strong communication, stakeholder management, organizational and multitasking skills. Knowledge of payroll support, invoicing, business operations, Excel, Google Sheets, HRMS, and productivity tools is required.
